1. General Provisions
This Policy applies to all DevHrytsenkoNet services: the mobile app (Android, iOS), website, and Telegram bot. By using any service, the User agrees to this Policy.
2. Data We Collect
In the app (Android, iOS):
- Google Account ID, Apple ID, user_id, device ID.
- Purchase info (product_id, purchase_token, order_id, status).
- Technical data (device model, OS, IP, error logs).
- Email (optional).
On the website:
- IP address, cookies, browser data.
- Server logs.
- Email (if provided via forms).
In the Telegram-bot:
- Public username, chat_id.
- Messages and data voluntarily sent by the user.
3. Use of Data
Data is used for:
- verifying purchases,
- providing access to purchased content,
- support and communication,
- analytics and improvements.
We do not share data with third parties, except Google Play, Apple App Store, or as required by law.
4. Storage and Security
Data stored on secure servers.
Transmission via HTTPS only.
Protected by technical and organizational measures.
5. Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of any personal data (collected via the app, website, or bot) by emailing buyidz.com@gmail.com.
Requests are acknowledged within 3 business days, and data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted within 7–14 calendar days.

6. User Rights
According to Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, users may:
- know sources and purposes of processing,
- access their personal data,

Services are not intended for users under 13.

Processing complies with:
Constitution of Ukraine, Art. 32;
Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI (2010), incl.:
Art. 6 (Principles),
Art. 8 (User rights),
Art. 14 (Controller’s duties),

International standards, including GDPR (EU 2016/679).

We may update this Policy. The latest version is always available in the app, on the website, and in the bot.

This Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
