Data Deletion

1) The user may request deletion of any personal data (collected via the app, website, or bot) by sending an email to buyidz.com@gmail.com.

2) The request must include the email address or other information that allows us to identify the user in the system.

3) We will acknowledge receipt of the request within 3 business days.

4) All user data (contact details, purchase history, messages, technical logs) will be deleted or anonymized within 7–14 calendar days.

5) Deleted data cannot be restored.

6) Certain technical data (server logs, cookies) may be retained for the minimum time required for security and legal compliance, after which it is automatically deleted.
